The primary focus of this position is to develop high level business opportunities and drive sales growth for screw compression technology in the W. Canadian oil and gas industry for a blue chip employer. The position will focus on developing strong relationships with producers and OEM packaging partners. Occasional travel to production sites and customer field offices is required (10-15%), primarily in the oil and gas producing regions of AB, BC and Sask.
A Diploma or Degree in Engineering, combined with 8-12 years of major account experience with upstream oil and gas producers and/or production service companies is required. Strong completions and production experience is a plus, especially as it relates to operations, compression and other rotating equipment. Must have sales experience in rotating equipment to the oil and gas industry. Strong production process knowledge and proven ability to sell at multiple levels within customer base is essential. Must have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Compensation package in the $120-150K range + bonuses, car allowance, benefits
